Moonlight Backpackers Lodge (Hartbeespoortdam) is situated in a very safe area in the valley below the Magaliesberg mountains on an 8 hectares property. We are only 1 hour from Johannesburg International Airport, 30 minutes from Pretoria and 1 hour from Sun City / Pilanesberg National Park.

There are plenty to see and do in the immediate area such as the De Wildt cheetah reasearch centre, Lesedi cultural village, Elephant sanctuary,  African craft markets, horse back safaris and much more.

The accommodation that we offer are spacious, clean and all inclusive.

We do offer transfers to and from Johannesburg and Pretoria.
